The company shall assist the community in building manpower resources by training the youth in the project executed in the host community in line with the Nigerian Local Content requirement.

In preventing potential community misunderstanding the company shall take preventive measures, such as:

• Show concern and adequately respond to community request and/or demands in an appropriate and timely manner
• Adhere to all elements in the MOU signed with the host community
• Bring issues affecting the host community, which the company cannot handle, to the attention of client’s CLO
• Pursue proactive relationships
